كشفت Microsoft بشكل رسمي عن الإصدار الأحدث من نظام تشغيل الهواتف الذكية, Windows Mobile 6.5 و الذي تناولناه كثير من الشائعات و الصور المسربة على مدار الأسابيع و الأيام الماضية. النظام الجديد جاء مطابقا تماما لما تسريبه من حيث واجهة الإستخدام الجديدة و التي تقول عنها Microsoft أنها أسهل في التعامل معها بأصابع اليد, كما شملت التحديثات متصفح Internet Explorer المدمج مع النظام و الصفحة الرئيسية الجديدة التي تستوحي تصميمها الى حد ما من القائمة المستخدمة في Zune.

* Windows Media Player for Windows Mobile.
* Client for PPTP VPNs.
* Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) which in mobile phones allows attached computers to share internet connections via USB and Bluetooth.
Hardware platforms:
Windows Mobile runs on multiple hardware platforms including Pocket PCs, smartphones, Portable Media Center, and automobiles. These hardware platforms did not always exist from the inception of Windows Mobile.
Pocket PC
The Pocket PC was the original intended platform for the Windows Mobile operating system. These devices consisted of both standalone Pocket PC devices without mobile phone capabilities, and those that included mobile phone capabilities. The most current name of Windows Mobile intended for use on Pocket PCs is officially "Windows Mobile 6 Professional" for devices with mobile phone capabilities and "Windows Mobile 6 Classic" for devices without mobile phone capabilities.
Smartphone
The Smartphone became the next hardware platform after the Pocket PC to run Windows Mobile, and debuted with the release of Pocket PC 2002. Although in the broad sense of the term "Smartphone", both Pocket PC phones and Microsoft branded Smartphones each fit into this category, it should be noted that Microsoft's use of the term "Smartphone" includes only more specific hardware devices that differ from Pocket PC phones. Such Smartphones were originally designed without touchscreens, intended to be operated more efficiently with only one hand, and typically had lower resolution displays than Pocket PCs. Microsoft's focus for the Smartphone platform was to create a device that functioned well as a phone and data device in a more integrated manner.[6] The current name of Windows Mobile intended for use on Smartphones is officially "Windows Mobile 6 Standard".
Portable Media Center
The Portable Media Center was a device that focused on integration with Microsoft's Windows Media Center and Windows Media Player to allow users to carry their media libraries with them on the go. The Portable Media Center was officially introduced in 2004, and ran a modified version of Windows Mobile. These devices became the predecessor to Microsoft's Zune, and after 2006 Microsoft discontinued the project in favor of the latter.
Automobiles
Microsoft Auto is the name for Microsoft's operating system that facilitates multiple functions in automobiles including communication, entertainment, information systems. Windows Mobile for use in automobiles is the latest platform for the operating system, and was introduced by Microsoft in February 2006 at the Geneva International Motor Show. Microsoft Auto comes in two different versions. The Basic version includes a Bluetooth connectivity and USB interface for music playback. The Standard version includes this also, but additionally it features a built-in GPS, GSM phone, and security features. The Microsoft Auto hardware specification includes a 300 MHz ARM processor, 32 MB of RAM, and a microphone.

برنامج لاخفاء الملفات على الموبيل Smart Guard 3.00 Arabic

هذا الملف تقوم بإرساله من جهاز الكمبيوتر إلى الموبايل عن طريق البلوتوث أو الطريقة التي تستخدم لإرسال ملفاتك
بعد ما يوصل الملف إلى صندوق الوارد في جهازك تقوم بالتثبيت طبعا بالاستمرار على ضغط موافق حتى ينتهى التثبيت
تذهب إلى التطبيقات في الموبايل تحصل أيقونة البرنامج عندك مثل مو موضح بالصورة

تفتح البرنامج يطلب منك بالبداية السيريال والكي .
طبعا هتلاقي السيريال مكتوب وتحتها مكتوب Key اكتب عندها أي رقم مثلا 3
بعدين الخطوة المهمة ولابد تركز فيها وهي كلمة المرور .
يطلب منك إدخال كلمة مرور مكونه من 5 أرقام فأكثر ادخل كلمة المرور ثم اعد إدخالها في ألخانه الثانية الآن كونت لديك كلمة مرور
عند دخول البرنامج في كل مره يطلب منك كلمة المرور ...

بعدها تفتح صفحه التطبيقات عندك مثل ما تشوف بالصورة

ادخل على التطبيقات تحصل الرسائل والأسماء والأستوديو وهي اللي تقدر تخفي أي ملف فيها

نشوف كيف تقوم بإخفاء لاي ملف بجهازك
نذهب مثلا لأي رسالة في صندوق الوارد عندك
اضغط عليه خيارات هتظهر لك الخيارات من ضمنها كلمة إخفاء

نضغط عليها اختيار ثم تشاهد أن أمام الملف علامة القفل .. هذا يعني انه مخفي

High-Frequency Currents
The concept of producing heat deep within the tissues, beyond the reach of infrared and other forms of superficial heat is appreciated by physical therapists. Currents with oscillations greater than 1000 Hz (cycles / second) are termed high-frequency currents. Generally, this type of currents used to generate heat, is in the megacycle range. Most commonly utilized high-frequency currents are found with:
* Short wave diathermy.
* Microwave diathermy.
Short Wave Diathermy
Short wave diathermy has been a viable modality in physical therapy for many years. Originally, it was utilized for musculoskeletal conditions which require increased circulation and other benefits of thermal increase. Moreover, short wave diathermy has proven an effective modality in the management of non-orthopedic conditions such as pulmonary, urologic and gynecological conditions.
Physics:
Heat generation through short wave diathermy depends on the molecular activity within the tissue exposed. Differential heating is noted within bone, muscle and fat because of the different densities of these tissues. It should be noted that the more-dense tissue naturally becomes warmer than the less-dense one. Actually, the shorter the wavelength or the higher the frequency is, the greater the penetration will be.
Administration of short wave diathermy for medical purposes occurs through three wavelengths: 7, 11 and 22 meters, in terms of frequencies: 45, 27 and 13 mega cycles. The most common models of short wave diathermy units are in the 22-meter band.
Physiological effects:
The principal effect of short wave diathermy on the body is the production of heat in the tissues due to the rise of temperature.
1. Increased metabolism:
Heating tissues accelerates chemical changes such as metabolism, so oxygen and food staffs are used up. As there is increased metabolism, there will be increased output of waste products.
2. Increased blood supply:
As a result of increased output of waste products such as metabolites, which act on the walls of the capillaries and arterioles, these tissues dilate. In addition, heat has direct effect on blood vessels, causing vasodilatation. Heat also produces stimulation of superficial nerve endings, causing reflex dilatation of the arterioles. Vasodilatation increases blood flow through the area, so that the necessary oxygen and nutritive materials are supplied and waste products are removed.
3. General rise of temperature:
As blood passes through the heated tissues, it also becomes heated and carries the heat to other body parts. As a result, heat reduces the excitability of nerves, provided that heat is not excessive. Furthermore, rise of temperature induces muscle relaxation and increases the efficiency of muscle action.
4. Fall in blood pressure:
The generalized vasodilatation reduces the peripheral resistance to blood flow. Heat also reduces blood viscosity, which helps in the reduction of blood pressure.
5. Increased activity of sweet glands:
If a general rise of temperature occurs, there will be increased activation of the sweet glands.
Indications:
1. For chronic and mild conditions:
- Myositis and arthritis.
- Pelvic inflammation.
- Otitis media.
- Bronchitis.
- Sinusitis.
2. As an adjunctive modality:
Short wave is also used with other procedures such as iontophoresis to enhance local absorption.
Contraindications:
1. Acute inflammatory conditions or hemorrhage: Heating of the tissues by diathermy causes dilatation of blood vessels. So, it shouldn’t be employed after an injury or in any case where hemorrhage has recently occurred or may occur, such as gastric or intestinal diseases associated with ulceration. It shouldn’t be applied on the abdomen or pelvis during menstruation.
2. Venous thrombosis or phlebitis: Application of short wave diathermy may aggravate the inflammatory process.
3. Arterial diseases: Diathermy shouldn’t be applied to parts which have defective blood supply.
4. Pregnancy: Diathermy shouldn’t be applied to the abdomen or pelvis during pregnancy.
5. Metals in the tissues: Diathermy causes concentration of electric field in the metal, which may precipitate burns.
6. Loss of skin sensation: It is safer to avoid the application of diathermy to cases where there is loss of skin sensation.
7. Tumors: Short wave diathermy shouldn’t be applied to areas of malignant growth.
8. X-ray therapy: X-ray therapy devitalizes the tissues, rendering them more susceptible to damage. So, short wave diathermy shouldn’t be applied to areas recently exposed to therapeutic doses of X-rays.
Treatment procedures:
1. Electrode placement:
a) Condenser field method:
Electrodes are placed on each side of the treated part, separated from the skin by an insulating material. The electrodes act as plates of a condenser, while the patient’s tissues form the dielectric. When the current is applied rapidly, alternating charges are set up on the electrodes, causing a rapidly alternating electric field between them. The electric field influences the materials which lie within it and produces heat.
b) Cable method:
The cable is coiled in relation to the patient’s skin but separatedfrom it by a layer of insulating material. As high-frequency currents oscillate in the cable, an electric field is set up between its ends and a magnetic field around its center. These fields affect the tissues that lie within them.
Electrode arrangement:
* Contraplanar technique:
It is the most satisfactory technique, especially for the treatment of deeply-placed structures. The electrodes are then placed over the opposite aspects of the trunk or limb, so that the electric field is directed through the deep tissues.
· Coplanar technique:
In this technique, electrodes are placed side by side on the same aspect of the part, provided there is an adequate distance between them. The distance between the two electrodes should be more than the total width of spacing. In this method, the heat is more superficial and suits certain areas such as the spine, where one electrode is placed over the dorsal region, while the other placed over the lumbar one.
· Cross fire technique:
In this technique, half of the treatment period is given with the electrodes in one position and then they are moved to be at right angle to that obtained during the first part of the treatment. For example, for the knee joint, during the first half of the session, the electrodes are placed on the medial and lateral aspects of the knee. On the opposite, during the second half of the session, the electrodes are transferred to the anterior and posterior aspects of the knee.
· Monopolar technique:
The active electrode is placed over the site of the lesion, while the indifferent one is applied to some distant part of the body. This method is used for very superficial lesions (sinusitis).
2. Preparation of the patient:
- Treatment should be on a couch, chair or a table, which must be wooden and free from metals.
- Do not allow the target area to be hidden by clothes to avoid unwanted irritation or burn.
- The skin must be dry.
- Metal objects such as earrings and necklaces, tight straps or elastic supports should be removed.
- The patient must be comfortable and the part to be treated should be fully supported.
- Skin sensation must be tested before treatment starts.
3. Monitoring the treatment:
- The apparatus should be earthen.
- Before starting treatment, all meters of the apparatus should be on zero position (the starting position).
- Select the power level according to the patient’s condition.
- Increase the intensity gradually till the desired heating level is reached.
- Now, the patient should feel mild sensation of warmth, which continues throughout the session.
- Immediately check for any complaint of hot sensation.
- The physical therapist should remain within call of the patient during the whole treatment period.
- At the end of treatment, the control knobs are returned to zero position, current switched off and the electrodes removed.
4. Duration of treatment:
Treatment time may vary between 10 and 30 minutes, depending on the patient’s condition. Frequency of treatment is usually twice weekly, while daily treatment is not contraindicated when needed. When treatment is within a limited space such as the sinuses or the face, excessive treatment should be avoided.
Ultraviolet
Ultraviolet radiation ranges from 150 A° to 3.900 A° units, to be absorbed by the body at a depth of 1 mm. The main effect of ultraviolet is chemical in nature, which causes changes in the various chemical processes in the body. Furthermore, ultraviolet is required for various metabolic processes, healing and general health maintenance.
Physics:
Mercury vapor has been the accepted source of ultraviolet radiation in therapeutic lamps for many years. High-voltage generators provide the energy necessary to vaporize droplets of mercury, housed in special quartz-glass tubing. These droplets are placed within reflecting surfaces, designed to project the radiation outward in a prescribed field.
Penetration:
According to the wavelength, Ultraviolet is classified into two different bands:
* Near band:
It ranges from 3.900 A° to 2.900 A° units, which are close to the visible spectrum. They are absorbed in the deep epidermis and the blood of the superficial capillary loops in the dermis, to be generally utilized for its anti-rachitic effect.
* Far band:
It ranges from 2.900 A° to 1.800 A° units, which are removed from the visible spectrum. They are absorbed in the superficial epidermis, to be utilized most for erythemal dosages.
Physiological effects:
The physiological effects vary with different wavelengths but most ultraviolet lamps emit multiple wavelengths.
* General effects:
It has beneficial effects, which appear in the treatment of patients suffering from debility and children who are under-weight. It has a tonic effect as it improves appetite, nervousness, irritability and sleeplessness.
* Local effects:
a) Erythema reaction:
When ultraviolet is absorbed in the skin, it causes chemical reactions, which result in irritation and destruction of cells. This causes liberation of the “H” substance (similar to histamine), which produces:
- Dilatation of the capillaries, due to the direct effect of “H” substance.
- Dilatation of the arterioles.
- Exudation of fluid into the tissues, due to the increased permeability of the capillary wall.
These effects are similar to the changes, observed in inflammation, so erythema is regarded as an inflammatory reaction. The intensity of the reaction varies according to the strength of the irradiation.
1. First-degree erythema: It is a slight redness of the skin, with no irritation or soreness. It fades within 24 hours.
2. Second-degree erythema: It is a more marked redness, with slight soreness. It fades in two or three days.
3. Third-degree erythema: It is marked redness of the skin, which is hot, sore and edematous. The reaction lasts for a week nearly.
4. Fourth-degree erythema: It is similar to the third degree, except that formation of blisters.
b) Thickening of the epidermis:
It is a process of protection against the rays and replacement for the damaged cells.
c) Desquamation:
There is casting of dead cells from the surface of the body. The amount of peeling varies with the strength of irradiation. After first-degree erythema, there is no peeling, while after the second degree, there is fine powdery peeling. Moreover, after the third or the fourth degree erythema, there is free peeling.
d) Pigmentation:
Ultraviolet rays of wavelengths between 2.900 and 3.100 A° are absorbed in the deep epidermis. This initiates a chemical reaction, which results in conversion of amino acid “tyrosine” into pigment “melanin”.
e) Abiotic effect:
Ultraviolet rays of wavelengths less than 2.900 A° inhibit the growth of bacteria.
f) Vitamin D formation:
Ultraviolet rays of wavelengths between 2.700 and 3.100 A° cause chemical reaction, which results in conversion of 7-dehydrocholesterole into vitamin D.
Therapeutic effects:
- Increased blood supply to the skin.
- Stimulation of growth of epidermis.
- Destruction of bacteria.
- Desquamation.
- Counter-irritation.
- Dermatologic conditions: Alopecia, herpes zoster, lupus valgaris, ulcerations and psoriasis.
Contraindications:
* Photosensitive individuals:
Those are patients who have sensitive skin, which reacts strongly to irritation. These individuals may develop headache, nausea, vomiting and rise of temperature.
* Photosensitive treatments:
Ultraviolet should not be applied to an area, which has been recently subjected to X-ray therapy. A period of six months should elapse after X-ray therapy before application of ultraviolet to the same area.
* Certain diseases:
- Pulmonary tuberculosis.
- Severe cardiac disturbances.
- Severe diabetes.
- Acute dermatitis or acute eczema.
- Nephritis.
- Addison’s disease (light sensitive).
Dangers and precautions:
- Conjunctivitis:
Exposure of the eyes to ultraviolet rays causes conjunctivitis. So, special glasses should protect the eyes of both the patients and the physical therapist.
- Overdose:
The skin becomes red, painful and sore and there may be nausea and vomiting. In this case, infrared should be applied immediately to the area over-irradiated by ultraviolet. This is because infrared erythema reduces the effect of ultraviolet erythema. Cold cream or calamine lotion should be applied later, if the case is not relieved.
- Burns:
They result from directly touching the lamp. So, the patient should be instructed not to move before removal of the lamp.
Treatment procedures:
1. Determination of minimal erythema dosage (MED):
In contrast to the transient hyperemia that accompanies infrared, erythema that accompanies ultraviolet has generalized and systemic effects, such as:
- Pro-vitamin D production with low dosages.
- Germicidal effects with increased dosages.
- With extremely high dosages, ultraviolet has a destructive erythemal effect, to be used in treatment of open arthritis.
Determination of minimal erythema dosage should precede all ultraviolet treatment. There are many factors, which determine the degree of erythema such as:
- Individual patient’s sensitivity.
- Intensity of radiation.
- Distance of lamp-to-target.
- Angle of incidence of radiation at skin.
- Duration of exposure.
- Skin texture.
Determination of MED is a must to obtain the desired goal of ultraviolet on the exposed skin (slight pinking). This is accomplished by:
- A large piece of cardboard is needed.
- A hole, 2-inches in diameter, is cut for the tested area.
- The rest of the patient’s skin should be covered to limit the exposure to ultraviolet to the hole, made in such cardboard.
- Utilizing the volar surface of the patient’s forearm, change the position of the cardboard hole to examine other areas, with increments of 15 seconds each.
- Reexamine the skin in 4 - 8 hours for comparison to detect the MED.
2. Determination of dosage of treatment:
- Once MED is known, treatment may be started with increments of 15 seconds each session until the maximum is reached (2 minutes usually).
- Peeling and sunburn should not be evident; otherwise the radiation should be reduced.
- Tanning of the patient should occur gradually throughout treatment.
3. Determination of the distance:
- The usual distance between the lamp and the skin is ranging between 24 and 30 inches at an angle of 90°.
- Further angulation at the same distance requires increased dosage of about 10%.
- Less distance necessitates reduced dosages and vice versa.
4. Determination of the duration:
As the minimal exposure time needed to produce first-degree erythema is determined, time needed to produce other degrees can be calculated as follows:
- Second-degree erythema: Requires 2 ½ times the exposure duration, necessary to produce the first-degree erythema.
- Third-degree erythema: Requires 5 times the exposure duration, necessary to produce the first-degree erythema.
- Fourth-degree erythema: Requires 10 times the exposure duration, necessary to produce the first-degree erythema.
